Nelson Wu founded Open Square Capital, LLC in August 2015 and serves as its Managing Director.  With over 20 years of international business and consulting experience, Nelson has worked in the US, Asia, and Europe in increasing levels of responsibility, the last of which included the oversight of the legal entity structure of a Fortune 500 company with over 100 subsidiaries worldwide. His extensive experience in M&A, cross-border transactions, and legal entity optimization provides the firm with a broader and deeper understanding of what drives value for businesses.  Nelson earned a Bachelor of Arts from the University of California, Berkeley and a Juris Doctor from the University of Minnesota Law School.  He is admitted to practice law in the State of California.
